Shipping policy

Our shipping is managed by Printful by default in most cases and adheres to Printful's shipping policies. In cases where Swelter Sounds directly manages the shipping of a product you can expect orders to be shipped within 2 weeks of being placed, and for delivery to take between 2-15 days depending on the product and shipping method and destination. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees and are subject to change as needed.

*** From Oct 3 to Jan 22, a $0.25 or $0.50 surcharge will be added to all orders with the destination address in the US. The surcharge amount will depend on the product category. If you have US-based customers, we suggest that you add the surcharge to your shipping or product prices.
